The ease of process for booking and sample collection was fine. However, I had some concerns about the accuracy of one specific liver function marker in my report, which I later had to get re-tested elsewhere. Staff tried to clarify but couldn't completely satisfy my query.

The staff behavior was quite disappointing. The person at the reception seemed very uninterested and curt. While the turnaround time for my report was on schedule, the unpleasant interaction really marred the overall experience. Needs improvement in customer service.

Absolutely terrible service. My blood test reports were delayed by two full days without any proper communication. When I finally received them, there were some discrepancies and the staff couldn't provide a clear explanation. Highly unprofessional, I will not be using this service again.
