The blood test itself was fine, and the staff were okay. However, the reports took a bit longer than expected to arrive, causing some anxiety while waiting. The accuracy appears to be good, but punctuality with report delivery definitely needs improvement.

The process for the blood test was simple enough, and the technician was competent. My main issue was with the report quality; it was a bit hard to interpret for a layman without medical background. Turnaround time was acceptable, and accuracy seems okay from my doctor's review.

I had a rather mixed experience with this service. While the blood collection was quick, the staff seemed a bit rushed and uncommunicative throughout. The report accuracy is questionable as my doctor had doubts, and it also took ages to get the results back.
