The blood test was done efficiently, and the staff were quite friendly during the procedure. I received my reports on time, which were accurate and well-presented. Only minor suggestion would be to improve the waiting area comfort a bit. Otherwise, a solid service.

Good service and helpful staff at the collection centre. The blood collection was quick and hassle-free, and the reports came out accurate as per my doctor. The online portal for accessing reports could be a bit more user-friendly, but overall a decent experience.

The staff were courteous and efficient during my visit for the blood test. The process was smooth, and I got my reports exactly on schedule, which was great. The accuracy seems reliable. Just wish the parking was a little less challenging near the facility, otherwise, good.
