Quite disappointed with the staff behaviour here. The person at the reception was rude and unhelpful. While the blood test results seem correct, the overall experience was very unpleasant due to the poor customer service.

Absolutely terrible experience! My reports were delayed significantly, and worse, my doctor questioned the accuracy of some parameters. The staff were uncooperative when I raised concerns. Never visiting again!
