Prompt, professional, and precise. The staff were very respectful, and the blood collection was done quickly without any discomfort. Reports arrived much faster than expected and everything seemed perfectly accurate.

Good service overall. The staff were polite, but there was a slight delay in getting the reports, about an hour more than promised. However, the report quality was excellent and the accuracy seems fine.

The blood test process was smooth, no complaints there. The accuracy of the reports is generally good. Just wish the online portal was a bit more user-friendly for downloading previous reports. Otherwise, pretty solid.
