My test results came out accurate, which is the most important thing. The staff behaviour was professional, but the overall process, especially the waiting period, felt a bit lengthy. The turnaround time for reports was on time, thankfully. If they could improve on the ease of process by reducing wait times, it would be a perfect 5-star experience.

It was a decent experience for my blood tests. The reports were delivered quite timely, which was good for the turnaround time. The accuracy seems reliable as well. While the staff were efficient, I felt they could have been a bit more engaging and friendly during the process to make it even easier for first-timers.
