It was an okay experience. The staff were fine, but the blood test results took longer than the 24 hours promised, almost 30 hours. The accuracy seems alright, but the delay was a bit inconvenient for me.

The staff at the counter and during sample collection were polite. However, I found the report format a bit confusing and had to call customer service to understand some parameters. Accuracy seems okay but report clarity needs work.

Quite disappointed with this service. My blood test results were significantly delayed, almost two days late, despite multiple follow-ups. While the staff tried to be helpful, the overall process and turnaround time were very poor. Not satisfied at all.
