My experience was mixed. While the reports seem accurate and the staff during blood collection were decent, the waiting time was quite long. Also, the report quality, while informative, could be presented better. Turnaround time was fine though.

I was disappointed with the turnaround time, it took longer than they initially committed. The staff at the front desk seemed a bit disorganized. While the accuracy is crucial and hopefully fine, the overall ease of process was definitely not smooth. Needs improvement.

Absolutely terrible experience. The staff behaviour was rude, and the phlebotomist struggled with the blood draw. My reports were delayed significantly, and I had to follow up multiple times. The accuracy is now questionable in my mind due to the overall incompetence. Would not recommend at all.
